Harvey Slade’s last-minute equaliser secured a point for Poole Town on the road against Hanwell Town in a thrilling 3-3 draw.
Managers Joe Lea and Pat Suraci made one change to the starting eleven with Luke Nippard coming in for Jamie Whisken.
The match got underway on a sunny afternoon in London with the hosts on top early on.
Hanwell almost opened the scoring within the first few minutes as Dan Carr’s strike went narrowly wide.
Poole had their first chance of the match on the 17th minute through Harry Thomas who headed over after a great ball in from Josh Staunton.
The deadlock was eventually broken on the 28th minute as Joe Waight fired past Ben Taylor to give Hanwell the lead.
The hosts doubled their lead a few minutes later as Taylor Miles fired a shot into the top left corner.
The half came to a close with Hanwell on top and leading the game by two goals to nil.
Poole came out for the second half with higher intensity levels and looked more dangerous going forward.
The Dolphins got one back through Ezio Touray who fired home to make the score 2-1.
The celebrations were short lived as Hanwell extended their lead through Elliot Benyon just a few moments later.
A triple substitution on the 65th minute provided Poole with more intensity going forward including new signing Selim Saied coming on.
Harry Thomas made it 3-2 on the 68th minute with a clinical finish from close range.
The Dolphins continued to cement pressure on the Hanwell back line in search of an equaliser.
It wasn’t until the 95th minute when Harvey Slade’s effort found the back of the net to equalise and send the Poole fans into delirium.
A valuable point on the road for Poole after a convincing second half display.
