Ladies and Youth Team Commercial Opportunities
Just like our men's first team, there are multiple opportunities to sponsor our ladies and youth teams.
Ladies Team
There are multiple opportunities available for local businesses to become an official partner with our ladies team. The Ladies team was founded back in the late 1980’s and at the time of going to press run 2 senior teams. The first team play in the FA Women’s National League which is the highest level for any team in Dorset. They have won the Dorset Ladies Cup for 6 of the last 7 seasons! In addition to the senior teams the club have U18 and U16 girls teams providing a clear pathway for our ladies to progress.
As well as the two very successful ladies teams, the club have an U18 young ladies and U15 girls team. They are also in the process of setting up three new teams for the U7, U9 and U11 age groups. This is important for the continuation of the Club and for the future playing stars!
However, despite success on the pitch, the Ladies Team are in desperate need of finance and investment in order to be able to progress as a football club going forward, so if any local business are interested in becoming an official partner with Poole Town Ladies, please contact: pooletownladies@gmail.com
Youth Teams
Our youth and community section, which offers football to Youth, Ladies and Ability Counts teams, continue to prosper with 30 or so teams regularly playing below the first team.
The club has gone from strength to strength ever since, providing opportunities for hundreds of kids and youth players to develop throughout the years in a fun and inclusive environment. In 2023, Poole Town FC Wessex became incorporated as a Community Interest Company (CIC), providing a firm basis for further development and many more years of community focused activity.
Like many youth sides, we are not only looking for potential partners to collaborate with our youth teams and provide kids for the next generation with a football club they can be proud of, we are also looking for more volunteers to help with coaching/ managing sides. We have a number of sides that need parents/ volunteers to help out, run training sessions and manage youth sides.
